Vélo Québec offers technical training on bikeway design

>> par Vélo Québec  MONTREAL, May 12 2004 — In Halifax on May 18, Vélo Québec kicks off its bikeway design technical training program. This course aims to promote bicycle travel and the planning of adequate cycling facilities. Like last year, several sessions will be held in Quebec as well as in various cities across Canada.
