Selection process

Nominations

  • To apply for a job, you must fill in the form by clicking HERE.
It is strongly suggested that you include more than one travel choice in your selection to increase your chances of being chosen.
  • A selection period is held every year in February-March for summer-fall destinations (no supervisor required for winter-spring destinations). If you have missed the application deadline indicated on the form, please contact the Mobilization Department at 514 521-8356, ext. 508.

It will take approximately 3 weeks to receive news of your application. Vélo Québec will contact all framers who have applied for a trip.

  • First time as a framer? Every year, Vélo Québec is pleased to welcome new framers to its tours. To join the team, each new coach must undergo an individual selection interview, and will then be assigned to a destination that will allow them to get to grips with their role, taking into account their experience.

Selection

  • Vélo Québec Voyages selects only one framer per trip, if required. The agency prioritizes those with seniority and experience on its trips and events, and takes into account the evaluations received after each trip in the feedback surveys.
  • The order of priority of the trips selected by the applicant is also taken into account in order to propose a destination that takes into account the applicant's preferences.
  • Vélo Québec reserves the right to cancel participation or to refuse any applicant who does not have the required training, skills and experience, or if the number of participants required for the trip is reached. The cancellation policy will then apply.

Reservation

The selected framer will be able to book his trip only when the minimum number of registered travelers has been reached (this number is determined by Vélo Québec Voyages depending on the destination).

Cancellation policy

Refer to the general terms and conditions
