Mountain biking, a family adventure off the beaten track

What if your family's cycling adventure went beyond the bike paths? Mountain biking opens up a wide range of accessible and fun possibilities for children and parents alike. A conference will explore how to get the right equipment to introduce the youngest members of your family to mountain biking, and transform an outing into a real moment of play, creativity and complicity.

For teenagers, it's a chance to discover freedom, adrenalin and self-transcendence, while enjoying the experience as part of a group. In short, a family adventure where everyone can enjoy themselves at their own pace.

About the speaker
Marie-Gabrielle Philibert cycles in all its forms: to get around, to travel, to take on challenges, to enjoy the forest, to contribute to her community... but above all, to have fun.
