Adrénadline from Lyon to Istanbul: cycling alone as a woman

A passionate outdoor adventurer, Adeline Janneteau cultivates a taste for roaming and exploring the great outdoors. Between contemplation and sporting effort, she favors experiences that bring you back to basics, driven by the beauty of the landscape and the richness of encounters.

Her dream came true during a cycling trip from Lyon to Istanbul. Inspired by the pioneering women cyclists, she in turn embarked on this solo adventure, determined to demonstrate that it is possible to travel alone in complete safety.

For six months, with the rhythm of the roads she crossed, the faces she met and the moments she surpassed herself, Adeline experienced what she describes as the most beautiful days of her life: a total immersion in the living world, guided by intuition and the desire to share.
