In the 2013 municipal elections, fewer than one in two Quebecers exercised their right to vote. Yet the municipal government is the one most directly connected to our daily concerns, with very real impacts on our living environment. This role of local government was even formalized by the Quebec government in 2016.
When it comes to cycling, there's no denying that almost everything is decided at municipal level. Are these issues close to your heart?
