Unveiling of Vélo Québec's 2024 touring events: Discover Quebec by bike, on the occasion of the Petite Aventure and the 30th Grand Tour!

Montreal, March 26, 2024 - This summer, Vélo Québec Voyages invites young and old to experience the unforgettable Petite Aventure and Grand Tour, to discover Quebec on two wheels and share precious moments with other cycling enthusiasts.

The Petite Aventure, in Montérégie

From June 29 to June 1er next July, the 27e edition of the Petite Aventure, presented by Lait, will take place in Montérégie. Departing from Huntingdon, participants will have the opportunity to discover the charms and attractions of this superb region, passing through Saint-Antoine-Abbé, Ormstown, Sainte-Étienne-de-Beauharnois and Sainte-Barbe. This family cycling event promises a weekend packed with kilometers of cycling - between 15 km and 90 km per day, depending on the experience you're looking for - a lively village and activities for all tastes. The package includes: itineraries, meals, camping, on-road supervision... In short, an all-inclusive three-day cycling experience! You can also opt for the One-Day Tour on Sunday, June 30.

Le 30e Grand Tour, in Outaouais

This year's Grand Tour, presented by Lait au Chocolat, celebrates its 30th anniversary.e anniversary in the Outaouais region. From August 3 to 8, starting in Plantagenet, Ontario, cyclists will ride between 30 km and 150 km per day, depending on their preference. In addition to a route that's more accessible than ever, the event offers a number of great new features in 2024: the possibility of sleeping on site the night before the start, ’Bike Day Off« shuttles that get you to the next village without riding, the possibility of adding an extra piece of luggage, an improved selection of rented tents, etc. The package includes: itineraries, meals, lodging, on-road coaching, and much more. The Grand Tour is available as a 1, 3 or 6-day package. Under the stars (camping) or as a package Under the comforter (hotel accommodation).
