Montreal, Wednesday, July 26, 2017 - From August 5 to 11, an impressive caravan of cyclists will roam the roads of the magnificent Chaudière-Appalaches region. This year, the 24th Grand Tour Desjardins, organized by Vélo Québec - the benchmark for bicycle touring in Quebec - is giving cyclists a rendez-vous starting in Saint-Anselme. Cyclists will pedal between 333 km and 1,008 km in 7 days, on a circuit linking the stopover towns of Montmagny, Saint-Damien-de-Buckland and Saint-Georges.
Cyclists will spend two nights in each of the three stopover towns, giving them maximum freedom to punctuate their ride as they wish. Cyclists can also choose to experience the Grand Tour Desjardins at their own pace: in 7-day, 3-day or 1-day packages.
