Time for the first major cyclosportive event of the season!
The Défi métropolitain is an untimed event where each cyclist rides the distance of his or her choice, between 50, 75, 100, 125 or 150 km, while benefiting from unrivalled supervision. This year, the Défi visits the south-western tip of the metropolitan region, bordered by Ontario, the Outaouais River and the St. Lawrence River. Starting in Vaudreuil-Dorion, most of the route will be along the water's edge, via Pointe-des-Cascades, Les Cèdres and Coteau-du-Lac.
