Adjusting your bike

To ride comfortably, it's important to adapt your bike to your body shape.

Bike size

Make sure the bike is the right size for you: pedaling a bike that's too small or too big can be very uncomfortable.

Saddle

  • The height of the saddle should allow almost full extension of the leg, with the knee slightly bent.
  • The angle of the saddle must be parallel to the ground.

Handlebars

In town, the height of the handlebars should be equal to or slightly higher than the height of the saddle, to give you a position where you can get a better peripheral view and be seen by motorists.
