Road, touring and gravel cycling

This guide is an update of the Guide de pratique et d'encadrement sécuritaire d'activités de plein air - bicycle, published in 2015.

As part of the structuring efforts led by Vélo Québec and the cycling community as a whole, it reflects the evolution, diversification and specialization of cycling practices. The desire to distinguish gravel bikes from road bikes or touring bikes bears witness to these new realities.

This work was inspired by our training in cycling coaching and by the work of other organizations such as FÉPEQ and SLIM.
