Montreal, Tuesday, September 3, 2024 - On Saturday, September 7, Vélo Mag and Vélo Québec, in collaboration with Lait au chocolat, invite cyclists to the last challenge of the summer: the Eastern Townships Vélo Mag Challenge. Departing from the Bromont National Cycling Center, cyclists will head for Adamville and continue on to Farnham, Bedford and Dunham. They will be able to choose between road bike routes (73, 98, 115, 123 or 140 km) and gravel bike routes (53, 69 or 107 km), according to their preference.
Along the way, participants will benefit from a host of services, including a signposted route, professional supervision (mechanics and first aid), support vehicles, a rest stop and a meal served at the finish line.
Want to extend the pleasure of the Eastern Townships during the Challenge? Participants can now take advantage of Vélo Québec Voyages's one- or two-night packages to turn their one-day event into a getaway to discover the region. Find out more, ICI.
Also available this year is an introductory track cycling package at the Centre National de Cyclisme de Bromont. Participants will be able to take advantage of the brand-new facilities at the Vélodrome Sylvain Adams, including its superb wooden track, where we'll teach them the basics of this spectacular, emotionally-charged discipline.
