Cancellation by a participant

Before 5 p.m. on October 5, 2022: Full refund less 50$ administration fee if a notice by e-mail is sent to Vélo Québec within this timeframe.

After October 5, 2022 at 5 p.m. : No refunds possible.

Cancellation by Vélo Québec

Vélo Québec reserves the right to cancel the Transforming our Living Environments by Bicycle conference. In such a case, Vélo Québec will reimburse 100% for registration fees.

If the conference has to be postponed, Vélo Québec will contact all registrants to offer them the opportunity to cancel their registration with a full refund.

Vélo Québec cannot be held responsible for any change in speaker, content, date or location.

Participant substitution

A person registered for the Transforming our Living Environments by Bicycle conference may transfer their registration to another person and must notify Vélo Québec. by e-mail no later than 5 p.m. on October 21, 2022.
