Winter biking becomes a four-season activity

Long the preserve of a handful of die-hards braving snow banks and bitter cold, winter biking now appeals to a much wider public. Cyclists of all ages and from all walks of life are now taking to two wheels, mittens in hand and toque on head. Welcome to the era of four-season cycling.

An upcoming conference will offer a complete overview of this booming practice. On the program: road safety, route planning, mechanical adjustments, adapted equipment and even the debates that animate the winter cycling community.

The objective is clear: to give participants the keys to try winter cycling, with confidence and respect for their own limits.

Procedure and registration

Presentation at 7 p.m. followed by a question period.

Once you have registered, you will receive an e-mail with instructions and a link to the videoconference.
