Cyclists associate the Welcome Cyclist logo with good service. In my opinion, it's an attestation that's underestimated in relation to all the benefits it brings.
It's been on the increase for the last 8 years, and it's an uphill climb! People go straight to the certification site, see that we're on the list and come and see us.
Customers tell me: “We saw you on the platform or in the booklet, and we decided to come here. It's great visibility!
It's not a clientele that comes in the first year of certification, but over time it develops. I'd recommend promoting certification on your website and social networks to reach customers directly.
With other associations, sometimes you can't tell the difference. With Bienvenue cyclistes!, it didn't even cross my mind not to renew. Cyclists associate the Bienvenue cyclistes! logo with good service. They're loyal customers, coming back year after year.
